Increasingly, economic entities in the third sector rely on specialized agencies for personnel selection or invest in establishing specific internal offices, often led by specialized professionals who are completely disconnected from the sector in which the organization operates. This selective detachment often results in a significant inability of these HR services to provide real coaching for the hired resources, which is at the root of the internal crisis affecting many humanitarian organizations, already strained by the decrease in fundraising due to the ongoing international crisis.
